Here's a little riddle for you:

Three little monkeys jumping on the bed. One fell with his hard skull onto another one's face which knocked her front tooth out of whack, blood, screaming, yadda yadda.

Mama called the family-friend-dentist and the dentist said, "That tooth's a goner, oh and so is the other one [that's been loose since a cranial collision months ago] so I'll probably pull them both out tomorrow so you can eat and breath and talk and not look like an ogre again."

And no more monkeys jumping on the bed or you'll all end up looking like THIS!

Gruesome stuff, no? She's been a tough cookie about it all, even refusing medication. We'll see what happens when the power tools are before her tomorrow...

In the meantime, still plenty of shenaniganism to go around.

(Charlie took that one of Erik.)

Poor Ellie Bellie. Thank goodness it was babyteeth. Still she gets to go around with the tooth gap for a long time.:-( The leaf throw pics are darling.

Must. Move. to. Arizona.

I'm glad her front teeth weren't permanent. Yikes! At least she's smiling.

Oh, those crazy kids. I'm glad Ellie is being so tough about the whole ordeal. Nothing like a few trips to the emergency room or doctor/dentist to make you feel like a real mom. :)

Those are great leaf pictures! Way to celebrate fall in January! You really should've put a warning out there for that bloody tooth picture. I kind of can't get it out of my head now. it gives me the heeby jeebys.

Hadleys front tooth has been gone since age two and a half. So sad when those teeth are gone. Let's just hope they don't repeat this when they get the permanent ones. I am so jealous of the weather you're having. Oh, yes I am going all natural with a midwife, waterbirth and everything! It's wonderful to have a choice to the procedures you want to have done. I love it!

It pains me to see Ellie's smiling??? face. Or as Clinton always said: "I feel your pain". I also see that Fall finally hit Glendale. You must have opposite seasons down there. We are thinking Spring here (I hope is comes soon).
